OSUN ExEd Hub has partnered with PWN Vienna to offer a joint fellowship to encourage and empower women of all ages to assume leadership roles in their careers as well as their communities. PWN is an international, inclusive, welcoming community of professionals and entrepreneurs, women and men of all sectors and industries with one goal in mind: achieving gender-balanced leadership in business and society. Their mission is on par with ExEd Hub’s vision to encourage gender-balanced leadership through the development of innovative and experiential professional and executive education programs that are focused on the most critical leadership skills and behaviors needed in today’s world.
The overall goal of the OSUN ExEd Hub x PWN Fellowship Program is to establish monetary and mentoring support that encourages and empowers women of all ages to assume leadership roles in their careers as well as their communities and to eventually become mentors for other women to follow in their footsteps. Leadership does not have to mean being the CEO. Actions, not titles, make leaders. This scheme is for talented and motivated female professionals to foster their professional development, to nurture their expertise and to make a profound impact that will help them accelerate in their careers, and in life.
The applicants should exhibit exemplary leadership potential in at least one of the following:
- through academic achievements,
- team leading at work, or
- community involvement.
OSUN ExEd Hub x PWN Vienna Fellowship will cover a portion of the tuition costs towards CEU’s Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) and will be awarded based on merit.
General Eligibility Requirements:
The fellowship is open for women of all ages, who apply to CEU's
- Executive MBA (EMBA) August '22 intake
The fellowship recipients will receive up to 50% tuition fee reduction of the full tuition fees. Number of awards is not limited.
Applicants should have at least 8 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years of documented leadership/managerial experience, an undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification and apply for the August 2022 intake of the CEU Executive MBA program via the regular application form.
